Nikki Cowled

With over 15 years of experience in Victoria Police, Nikki brings a strong foundation in
leadership, communication, and working with diverse communities. She is currently
completing a Bachelor of Psychology, further strengthening her understanding of human
behaviour and mental health.

As the owner of Grow, a Paediatric Therapy Hub, Nikki is passionate about supporting
children and families through early intervention and evidence-based care. She is
particularly focused on creating inclusive, supportive environments where children can
thrive and families feel understood and empowered.
