- Visited the Vice Mayor and Jhun (coordinator of Sanggunian) and discussed their Proposal for the Bridge and Sewing Machine.
Foot Bridge in Mayondon, Los Banos
We ocular the place where the foot bridge to be replaced by a Steel Material and ordered the C Purlins and galvanized pipe and it was already delivered last Sunday. A photo and video were taken during the delivery of the materials. Construction was postponed due to bad weather so they will reschedule it for March 3.
20 Sewing Machines
6 Units will be used for the Training and the remaining 14 units will be allocated to 14 Councils of Los Banos.
An Initial 30 members of Women’s Brigade will be trained by the Provincial Public Employment Service Office (PESO). It’s a community based and maintained largely by local government units, a number of Non-Govt. Org or community based organizations and state universities and colleges. Women’s Brigade has 700 members in Los Banos and a president on each council. They have an ongoing livelihood program like making Dishwashing Liquid, Pillows, and flower out of recycled material, they had a Basic Hair Cutting Training, and they will have Nail Tech Skills Transfer on March 4 – 15.

We also had a chance to meet Coach Lucy, one of the legends of football in Laguna, she has changed the lives of many children because of football. She has developed many national team players. Lot of Passion and dedication to Football. She was featured in the National TV. We gave another set of uniforms and extra shorts from the last activity.
