They involve planning, management, physical work, resources and coordination of volunteers in locations overseas. Our first missions were in Papua New Guinea and more recently they have been focused on assisting communities in Vietnam and Philippines.

At Change The One, we believe even the smallest act of kindness can create a ripple effect that changes lives forever. Founded in Melbourne, Australia, Change The One is a volunteer run charity dedicated to supporting remote and underprivileged communities throughout Vietnam, Philippines, Papua New Guinea and other regions in need across Asia and the Pacific.

What began as a vision from founder Peter Nicholls after witnessing the devastation caused by the Papua New Guinea tsunami in 1997 has grown into a hands-on humanitarian organisation focused on practical, sustainable change.
