CTO Funding - $
Classrooms, teacher’s quarters, kitchen & playground. Food, supplies, clothing, plastic shoes & School uniforms for the village of TRA VAN. A village of 45 families of 150 adults & 60 children.
A team of builders and locals completed the building process using funds we supplied. Myself along with another 20 volunteers from Hoi An & Ho Chi Minh travelled to the village to inspect the completed work. We distributed food, 2nd hand clothing, new plastic shoes & school uniforms to the children & the people of Tra Van.
Volunteers working on the project all gave of their time & in fact, paid for food & petrol. Those who travelled from Ho Chi Minh deserve a special mention as their travel costs were also paid by themselves.
